Rates are single or double occupancy. See reservation policies below this table. We are on the East side of Hwy 1, looking out toward Mendocino Bay. Our street is a few hundred yards north of the signal light on Hwy 1, just outside the downtown area. Call 800-950-7806 for reservations.

Hidden back in the woods, one mile from our inn. Charming, comfortable to luxurious, and just about magical. Master bedroom has king size bed and adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub. Upstairs loft has a double bed. There is a second bath with a shower off the living room. In the living room is a fireplace, TV, and a twin, bed-size window seat. Kitchen, dining and living areas are all lighted by the sun. Sylvan trees and meadow views where wildlife abound (no ocean view). Two night minimum; three, sometimes four nights, on major holidays..

Reservation Policies
Room rates/occupancy: Rates are for two people, one night ( plus applicable taxes)
For each additional person add $10.00, children $5.
Saturday night only is generally available during the slower season only, but when we are busy, it is possible to reserve Saturday for one night when it is close to the date of arrival.
Minimum Nights: Summer through fall, Saturday is generally a 2 night minimum—Exceptions are made sometimes. Story Book Cottage is always a 2 night minimum. Both the cottage and the rooms at the Inn have a 3 night minimum for these weekends: Memorial day, July 4, Labor day, Thanksgiving.
Pets in two rooms only - Land Office and General Merchandise. Pet charge is $10 per night for the pet.

Cancellation Policy: Varies, but five days is the minimum (14 for the cottage.) Without the required notice we will have to charge for each night of the stay that we do not re-rent the room. In any case, even with the proper notice, a minimum processing fee of $10 ($25 for the cottage) will be charged.
Check In/Check out: Check-in is 3 pm to 8 pm (earlier and later can be arranged.
Check-out time is 11 am.
