Reservation Policies
Room rates/occupancy: Rates are for two people, one night ( plus applicable taxes).
For each additional person add $10.00, children $5.
Saturday night only is generally available during the slower season only, but when we are busy, it is possible to reserve Saturday for one night when it is close to the date of arrival.
Minimum Nights: Summer through fall, Weekends generally require a 2-night minimum. Exceptions are sometimes made to accommodate special circumstances. Call for more information.
Pets in Three rooms only - Land Office, The Livery and General Merchandise. Pet charge is $15 per night for the first pet and an additional $10 for the second. Larger pets (over 50 lbs.) are $25 per night for the first pet and an additional $20 for the second.
Beach Access. We do not have direct beach access but several beaches are available nearby.
Cancellation Policy: Five-day minimum except during the Holidays, when there is a 10 day minimum. Without the required notice we will have to charge for each night of the stay that we do not re-rent the room. In any case, even with the proper notice, a minimum processing fee of $10 will be charged.
Check In / Check out: Check-in is 3 pm to 8 pm (earlier and later can be arranged).
